Temple trip

On my last Saturday off, we made our way down to the Washington DC temple. We hadn't been in some time. We were looking at our upcoming schedules and we realized we won't get there again for some time. So we figured we ought to get it in while we could. The drive down was very nice, just me and my honey relaxing and chatting.
The day was overcast and the golden spires of the temple looked so beautiful against the gray sky.

Afterwards, we hit up PF Chang's for dinner (courtesy of a gift card we got for Christmas).

The drive home was not so fun/relaxing. It poured rain, it was dark, visibility was really low, and the roads were crowded. I am always a worrier/anxious person, but that has gotten much worse with my pregnancy. Being pregnant is so stressful for me that adding anything on top of that makes me nuts. By the time we were a couple of hours into the drive, I thought I was going to seriously have a panic attack. And I wasn't even driving. Imagine how Zack must've felt. Thankfully, the rain cleared up for the last little bit of the drive and we were able to make it home safe a panic attack free. Despite the less than ideal drive home, it was a really nice day.
