I found this incredibly interesting. I think of myself as pretty tolerant and slow to judge, but I have always been cognizant of the idea that I probably have some unfair/inaccurate associations in my mind.
It's really interesting. You just go through really fast as it flashes pictures and/or words and correctly put them in the appropriate column. Take a few of the tests and post your results in the comments section (or don't if you don't want to or feel comfortable with it).

I'll start.
I took the black-white race one showed a slight automatic preference of European Americans over African Americans.
I took the gay-straight one and showed a strong automatic preference of gay over straight.
I apparently have a strong automatic preference of John McCain over Barack Obama.
Don't tell anyone, but I guess I have a moderate automatic preference of Judaism over other religions
I just took 2 of them for starters. I'll probably go back and do some more later. My black-white race one said I had little to no preference for one race/color over the other. I have a moderate automatic preference for Barack Obama over John McCain, according to this. Kinda fun. Thanks babe.
Mine were inconclusive...I guess I'll try it again when it more quiet :)
I showed no automatic preference for Obama or McCain, and a slight association of male with career and female with family. Curse the media! Lol. :P
Oh, and I show no automatic preference with Straight or Gay people.
